Yamanashi Gakuin Senior High School has developed high-level, high-quality educational activities that foster broad-based learning and problem-solving skills by introducing the latest international standard educational programs into its curriculum, and many students have been accepted into highly selective universities. We also have a long history of English education, and its foreign faculty members’ systematic programs enable students to acquire practical English skills. Support for successful admission to highly selective universities
We have produced many students who have been accepted into the University of Tokyo and other highly selective universities in Japan and overseas. In order to support each student to the best of our ability, we offer proficiency-based classes and small-group education in many subjects. In addition, we offer special lectures, extracurricular classes, and digitally delivered classes from major well-known cram schools to provide a rich learning environment for university entrance exams.
Global human resource education
As globalization continues apace, the world is also faced with diverse cultural issues such as differences in values, gender, and religious beliefs. Under the guidance of our international teaching staff, students learn about such issues together with students from other parts of the world, deepening their understanding of Japanese culture as well as other cultures around the world, pondering and discussing the history and culture behind each issue, all while developing their English proficiency and communication skills.
